Smooth Love Potion is one of the most talked-about cryptocurrencies on the market.
With the rise of Axie Infinity, SLP has become a common name for various discussion forums and Discord servers. It also has a lot of uses, from breeding Axies to being accepted by certain stores in various countries as a form of payment.
In this guide, I’ll be teaching you how to earn SLP in adventure.
I suggest you read my article on adventure mode, because I’ll be explaining mechanics and tactics there:
How Do I Earn SLP in Adventure?
Players can earn SLP from the game’s two different game modes but playing in adventure is the easiest way to earn it.
You battle computer-controlled enemies in “ruins” that increase in difficulty as you progress. After completing a ruin, the game awards you with SLP based on the level of said ruin.
Playing adventure is also a requirement for the daily quest. If you want to claim the 25 SLP, you’d have to win at least 10 ruins.
How Much SLP Can I Earn?
As of December 2021, players can earn up to 50 SLP per day by playing adventure. But because it’s an easy and hassle-free way to earn SLP, you can still make a good chunk of change.
The current estimated SLP earnings for each ruin is as follows:
- Ruin 1-4: 1 SLP
- Ruin 5-9: 2 SLP
- Ruin 10-14: 4 SLP
- Ruin 15-16: 6 SLP
- Ruin 17-20: between 6-10 SLP
- Ruin 21-36: between 10-20 SLP
In Ruins 17-36, the SLP reward is randomized, but the higher the level, the more likely it drops more SLP. I’ve also noticed that you gain more SLP the first time you clear the ruin each day.
It’s also important to remember that there are bonus rewards in Ruins 21 and 36. The game will award you with 200 and 300 SLP respectively if you successfully clear those ruins.
It won’t be an easy task because those are boss ruins, but it will be worth the effort if you manage to beat them.
How Can I Maximize My SLP Earnings?
Focusing all your energy on adventure mode for the first week or so is a great way of maximizing the SLP you earn down the line. You gain EXP and level your axies up, which makes clearing harder ruins much easier.
If your axies reach a level where you can comfortably reach the daily cap of 50, you can start battling in the arena to get more SLP. Because your Axies have leveled up quite a bit, you can breeze through the higher ruins.
Assuming your Axies’ levels are pretty high, you could finish the daily quest within 1-2 hours of playing. Talk about fast money.
- Axies that can dish out high damage are ideal for quickly clearing ruins in adventure
- When farming a ruin, try to pick one that you can farm quickly, reliably, and gives the most SLP so you can save time
- If you plan to play with your current team long-term, aim to clear Ruins 21 and 36 to claim the bonus SLP
- If you max out the SLP you can gain in adventure but you haven’t finished the required 10 ruins, clearing starter ruins (Ruin 1) is counted
