Gamepress sent us some great screen shots of the new Devil May Cry 4 today. It will be so nice to have this game on ps3, xbox360, and even the PC. While most of this game is normally real dark these show a bright texture package and some killer sprites. Check out more screen shots below.

You mite have heard about Belkin’s gamepad called the Nostromo. The first model n50 was released some time ‘01 and since has evolved into the n52 with more keys and better software. Today is one of the greatest days in PC gaming history.. ok for about 4,000 people in the Unreal community it is. This is the game bringing Unreal back to the UT. While the game is being released with a good amount of UI bugs its still a must pick for any FPS fan. UT99 was the only competitor to Quakes legacy back in the day and now carries the “genre” into ‘08 with UT3. Not your every day slow shooter this is real FPS action in your face rockets and fast action. Not only are the die hard Unreal fans into this game so are people in the industry.

Localtechwire.com release an article today talking about an event in SanFran hosted by Epic/Midway to give journalist a chance to check out Unreal Tournament 3.  Also has an interview with James Brown lead level designer for UT3 where he talks about the differences between the systems, and the evolution of Unreal. UT3 for the PC will be packaged with the latest Unrealed from the sounds of it.

Gamepro.com did a nice video comparison of the PC version of Gears of War vs the Xbox 360 version. A few points that are made in the video are a bit obvious but nice to know how the pro’s feel about it (har). The main difference is going to be control, the PC game aims, tracks, and shoots better but the 360 has the action controls down better (weapon pickup,switch,reload ect.). This of course is based off of the hardware, a controller is easy to pick up and pound buttons with your thumb where the comp your dealing with a keypad/board and four fingers. While a mouse is the best to aim/shoot with. The controlling of actions will not effect hardcore PC gamers as much as console gamers who mite find it 10% harder than a controller. Another big point made was how great the PC version looks. It uses a more advanced unreal engine, making for better looking shaders, textures, ect.

“In its PC form, Gears has several additional goodies for gamers: five new singleplayer chapters, a new Annex multiplayer game mode, three new multiplayer maps, and a game editor. You also get to throw down with the Brumak, that big scary thing you never actually got to fight in the 360 version.”

A last point that was not made in the video is online play. To play this game online through a 360 you need to pay for Xbox Live. Epic however did not buy into this idea for their PC version, even though Microsoft wanted them to make it for Windows Live/xbox live on the PC…… Epic shot them down (way to go guys)! So you wont need a live id or any fees to play Gears online. Gears of War: PC is gold and will be shipped out Nov. 6th.
Video Comparison

Midway announced today that UT3 for the PC is ready and will ship out Nov. 19th. Looks like you still have a little time to build your new comp. How ever there is still no news as to when the Ps3/x360 version will be ready.

This popular series is about to hit a peak and bring back a big part of its fan base. Word from people that played the demo is out and could not be better. “It feels like the original UT” most old skool players will tell you. This is Epics motive to bring back the feel of its old best seller and game of the year UT. Most people felt that the name change from UT2k7 to UT3 was just a ploy to hype it up again, but LG finds it to be the first step to making the series respectable again. From the teaser trailer that brought back that nostalgic feel of UT, to the demo that plays like UT with a single dodge and a classic weapon feel. Don’t get left out if your a fan of the series or just the original pick this game up! Then come get owned!

RF-Online a Korean based MMO that came out over a year ago has removed its monthly fees. While a lot of MMO’s are getting released free this is one you want to check out. With a look and feel of a unreal engine the games visuals are great. With a battle system much like Lineage2 you can expect to gank and be ganked a lot in this game. PVP is a strong part of this game and well fighting players ftw! The game can be summed up by saying its a Sci-Fi game with mechs, magic, and hot elf looking chicks with nice boobs (need I say more?).
